Error message

    Hello,

    When I am measuring the hyperspectral image, during the step of recording the dark current a error message appears (please see print screen).

    When I restart the computer sometime the problem is solved, but sometimes not.

    Any idea about the reason why this happens?

    Hi Alex,

    We have not experienced this error before. I would recommend reinstalling the software. The easiest way to do this would be for us to remote connect to your computer–is this possible?

        Alex,
        No news yet. I am trying to get an answer before you re-install because that is a last resort!
        Have you tried to unplug the camera connected to the spectrograph and rest the power?
        Also is there any other software running while this happens??
