The attached overview will discuss the procedures for mapping two (2) spectral libraries against a single image.

    Good day!
“When you open the Spectral Angle Mapper you will import the 1st library you want to map.”
In the window “Endmember collection” nothing appears.

Hello! When you first open the Spectral Angle Mapper the “Endmember Collection” dialog opens like you posted on your screenshot. To load the first spectral library you must got to “Import” and then select “from spectral library file”
This will load the first spectral library.
      Please see attached screenshot.
      Thank You!

“When you open the Spectral Angle Mapper you will import the 1st library you want to map.”

When you open the Spectral Angle Mapper following window appears.

      What to do next?

Open new file? Spectrum of the sample image with different particles?

How to make the spectral library?

      Hello, anchutka.
On page 30 of the attached manual you will see instructions on Saving a Spectral Library and on page 37 you will see instructions on the steps for Spectral Angle Mapper.
If this does not fully address your question please let us know.
      Thanks!

“Now press the “Select All” button to highlight all the spectra from the 2 libraries. Hit “Apply” and run the rest of the SAM dialogue”. Then I open the resulting file. Opens a black screen.
All further manipulations with “Interactive Class Tool” useless.

Can have a video “Mapping 2 libraries”?

If you have followed all the instructions for importing a spectral library and ran the SAM routine and the result is a blank window then that means that no spectra were identified as a match.
Unfortunately there is no video for mapping 2 separate libraries, just the document at the top of this topic thread.
        Thank You,
        Jamie
