I am trying to observe a sample of cells with nanoparticles. The sample is a glass slide with cells that is placed in a culture medium with nanoparticles.
Because the culture medium contains salts, when the culture medium evaporates the salts that remains in the glass starts precipitate and do not allow me to observe the cells.
Any suggestion about how to solve this question?
Is there any accessory that allow the observation in the microscope of the glass slide, imersed inside a solution (culture medium)?

    Thanks in advance!

      Alexandre,
Hello! So the fluid is drying out and leaving salt crystals?
Even with a cover slip the fluid should not evaporate so quickly… what is the cell culture medium you are using?
You can put the cells on a slide with culture medium and then put a coverslip. This will prevent the medium from drying out.

      Thank You,
      Jamie
